Our Executive Assessments are conducted by Eyal Pavell, PhD and his team. Eyal has advised on selection and key hiring decisions of senior managers and executives in many of the world’s leading companies, as well as Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. We are especially well-positioned to provide assessments to medium-sized and fast-growing smaller firms.

Our assessment work is characterised by depth of expertise, close partnership with the hiring organisation, pragmatic advice and seamless project management and delivery. When needed, assessments can be conducted remotely via Skype/Facetime.
